For this assignment i select an actual clinical problem in the ara of Gynecolocoly : Evidence Based practice of the treatment management ( medical vs surgical) for women with endometrioisis.
You must draw conclusions based on EBN or own clinical expertise and other factors such as cost benefit and availability of alternatives to make a clinical decision to best manage the problem and write a Scholarly paper on this topic.
I have found a few research article on the topic on pubmed journal of min invasive gyn and the journal of nurse practitioner volume 6 issue 6 june 2010 pegs 427-434
