Sleep Apnea: Utilization of sleep apnea app to determine potential compliance and to improve adherance-
I choose this topic because I was recently diagnose with severe sleep apnea 3 months and started wearing the c-pap 6 weeks ago. I had a hard adjusting
-pap mask on the face and the feel of the air pressure delivered by CPAP unit-i statrted to use that sleep apnea app which gave me daily tips of how to
adjust to c-pap therapy. The app also gave me a daily grade card of how well I slept with C- pap machine- The app motivated me to sleep better/longer tha
the night before-
