1) Locate a nutrition article available to consumers in a newspaper, magazine, newsletter or on the internet (no blogs or advertisements). b) What are the credentials of the author? Are they appropriate? Why or why not? (3 points)

c) What is the motive to write the article? (this could include: sell a product, inform audience of a new research finding, promote healthy behavior, prevent or treat a disease or another reason, etc.) (3 points)

d) Can you identify any of the red flags to quackery in the article? If yes, which ones? Be sure to provide examples. (3 points)

e) How will you use/apply the information from the article now or in the future? (in your personal or professional life)? (3 points)
