1) Locate a nutrition article available to consumers in a newspaper, magazine, newsletter or on the internet (no blogs or advertisements). The article cannot be a research article in a professional publication or an article written for nutrition professionals (i.e. Today’s Dietitian). (appropriate article = 3 points)

2) A copy of the article must be included with the completed assignment. (2 points)
