• Theory/framework, concepts, and the relationship to nursing • Research question or hypothesis • Dependent and independent variables listed • Definitions given conduct further analysis according to these additional elements of the critique worksheet: • Tools and their reliability and validity information (quantitative) • Data collection methods and triangulation of process (qualitative) • Sample description • Study ethics description (i.e. Institutional Review Board [IRB] information) • Data collection procedures • Data analysis • Results, recommendations, and implications for practice Then you must support your assertions with 4–5 peer-reviewed resources (published within the last 5 years) in addition to the article being critiqued. It is not acceptable to use the course’s textbook to meet this requirement. This assignment must be 750–1,000 words (3–5 pages), conform to current APA format, and include both a reference page and a title page. Review the grading rubric prior to completing this assignment.
