1. Design a project that will better educate and prepare new nursing students for safer clinical medication administration and patient/family teaching. 2. What nursing theory would guide this plan? Ways to further reduce nursing student medication errors. b. Fully understands all medications before administration. c. More effective ways to educate patient/family about their medications. i.e. Teach back method, etc. 4. What are some planned intervention strategies to help reach this project goal? 5.
