In the Findings section of the report you will identify the current processes and procedures for risk management in the workplace or organisation. The Analysis section will then cover what changes were made to improve the effectiveness of the risk management system.

Before any risk management plan can be properly designed and implemented in an organisation, a risk management analysis should first be presented to management to demonstrate the basis of the risk management project.
You can present the analysis on a Word document, in a report type format using headings.
Choose a recent disaster or emergency management event in Australia, or around the world, and conduct your risk analysis. Obviously, the benefit of hindsight is great, and you would not have this going forward. But, previous events should always inform future behaviours.
You must utilise the risk assessment process outlined in the National Emergency Risk Assessment Guidelines, as provided in Topic 7.
The basis of the analysis should be the identified risks that require an improved or new risk management plan.
