Problem Of Breastfeeding In African Women

Breastfeeding is extremely important for the healthy growth and development of babies because breastfeeding is the safest and most efficient nutrition compared to any other form of nutrition. Regardless of the progress of technology and food industry, the nutrition provided by food companies does not match in terms of quality breastfeeding. At the same time, women are not always aware of the importance of breastfeeding for the health and effective development of their babies. This problem exists in different communities, but representatives of minority groups, such as African American women, are in a particularly difficult position because they often lack the proper education and have quite a vague idea of the proper nutrition of their babies and, more specifically, the importance of breastfeeding for baby’s health and growth. In this regard, the professional assistance to African American women in terms of their education and wide use of breastfeeding is essential because breastfeeding helps to prevent health problems in babies and improve their wellbeing and health in a long-run perspective. Therefore, It’s Only Natural is the effective program that helps to close gaps between the white majority and African American women in terms of their education and awareness of the importance of breastfeeding and the overall improvement of the quality of health of African American babies and the improvement of the public health in African American communities.  Problem Of Breastfeeding In African Women
