Being overweight or obese means that conditions in which the person’s body possesses the excessive fats which is not actually the requirement of the human body. And such excessive fats adversely affect the human health, increases health problem and reduces the expectancy of life (Abbott, 2010). In this century the most common causes for obesity are: the cheap prices of high calories food such as junk or fast food, changing modes of transportation, life style and urbanization increases gradually than obesity has also increased very rapidly from last fewer decades not only some countries but all around the world (Drewnowski, 2009).
