Write to me a reflection on my clinical experience ( internship) in nursing. So I’m a student who is doing placement in hospital and I found something wrong on the procedures (you need to make it up). Details: 1- I’m student who not allowed to work in night shift. 2- I’m student his experience were on medical and surgical ward. 3- I’m student who is all the time under supervision so not allowed to do anything by myself so should the buddy nurse with me all the time.
