Mineral & Water Function: Use for Human Body

Minerals and water are two essential substances that help human body function on many different levels, support energy, and maintain the correct balance. As known, minerals consist of two major categories – macrominerals and microminerals. Macrominerals include sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and sulfur. Microminerals or trace minerals include elements like zinc, iron, iodine, selenium, manganese, copper, fluoride, chromium, and other important elements known to be essential in very small amounts. As evidence shows, a balance diet usually provides all necessary minerals and right amount of water, thus it is crucially import to remember about healthy food and healthy habits, which help people to improve their effective functioning, maintain the correct life balance, and support their energy level. Mineral & Water Function: Use for Human Body Minerals are an essential foundation for human health and everyday functioning. Two major minerals include calcium and magnesium. Calcium is an essential element for healthy bones, teeth, muscles flexibility, nervous system, blood circulation, immune system, cardiovascular system, and the overall human skeleton system. In order to support the right level of this macromineral it is important to regularly consume milk products, fish, soy milk, tofu, broccoli and other products. Magnesium is another important macromineral that is necessary for effective nerve transmission and making protein, muscle contraction and human immune system. The major products containing magnesium include green vegetables, seeds, seafood, nuts, and chocolate. Microminerals or trace minerals are also essential for human body and organism functioning. Iron is considered to be a micromineral, although the amount needed is somewhat more than for other trace minerals. It is an important micromineral that transmits oxygen in the body and forms hemoglobin in red blood cells and muscles. Iron support immune system, energy, and metabolism in human beings. Products containing iron include red meat, fish, poultry, shellfish, egg yolks, dried fruits, cereals, and iron-enriched bread. Iodine is anther essential microelement found in thyroid hormone, which helps organism regulate growth, development, and metabolism in human beings. To support the right level of iodine in the body people should regularly consume products like iodized salt, seafood, dairy products, and bread. Mineral & Water Function: Use for Human Body
