Assignment Brief As part of your role, you have been asked to present to a group of eager healthcare graduates on the topic of leadership for their continuing professional development (CPD). Details about your presentation audience: They are new graduates in their first year of employment in your organization. You can choose their contextual degree/graduate background (e.g. Nursing/ Medical/ Pharmaceutical/Speech & Language Therapy/Public Health) and organizational context (e.g. Private Hospital ward, Charity organization outreach team, A&E team) – please ensure this is clear on your initial presentation slide.
