In this paper you will present your argument about whether nursing is a profession- does it meet the qualities identified by Qualities of a Profession by Joel and Kelly (2002).
1. Provide an introduction to your paper that includes: several sentences introducing the topic of the paper. A definition of a profession. Articulate own beliefs in the paper.
2. Give a Explicit and complete statement of purpose. With inclusion of explicit statement and inclusion of complete scop of topic.
3. Select 5 of the qualities of a profession identified by Joel and Kelly. Provide description of each quality. For each qulaity present an argument that nursing is a profession. Support your argument using each quality. Use at least one additional reference for each quality to support your viewpoint.
4. The paper must include headings to assist with organization of your paper. One way to do this is to use the main topic of each of your chosen qualities as the heading.
5. Provide a summary conclusion of your paper.
6. You must use a minimum of three scholarly professional references no older than 5 years
