The type of performance indicators are also outlined that will facilitate the measurement of a program. Here the economic evaluation and sample size calculation is done. Finally, the dissemination and feedback of the evaluation plan will be done. It will facilitate the sharing of information to the concerned parties explaining the planning and implementation stages.
