This is a two-part assignment.
Part 1:
Identify four potential roles of human resources representatives within an organization.
Create a Mind Map or infographic that summarizes 7 to 10 characteristics or responsibilities of those individuals.
Part 2:
Select one of the HR roles listed in your Mind Map, and research potential job requirements.
Write one, 350 word count job description of the HR roles or position that you have selected.
Click on the Assignment Files tab to submit your Mind Map and job description.
APA Guidelines are to be followed.  This means to include a reference section at the end of the assignment and include in-text citations in your answers throughout the worksheet.  The APA format for in-text ciations is (author, date of publication, page number).
When writing the job desription, discuss how the role (position) you selected assists other departments within an organization.
Please provide a preview to the assignment and a conclusion discussing the points you learned from doing the research for the assignment.  These will be in addition to the job description word count.
Students have created a table or chart in Microsoft® PowerPoint with the Microsoft® Word document for the assignment.

Students may do two documents or embed them into one.  One would be the diagram and the other would be the job descriptions.
