Identify a positive change that you have seen occur in nursing practice or healthcare in the last few years. Discuss this change in the context of Lewin’s Change Theory and provide a Force-Field Analysis of the situation. Describe the change with regards to complexity and chaos theories. Describe how nursing leadership championed this change. How was this change received by the constituencies (nursing, patients, healthcare)? In your response to others, discuss how this change has created a better healthcare environment and can be viewed as innovative. The paper should include 10-12 pages of content (excluding title page and reference list), at least 10 references*, including at least one non-nursing reference, and address all of the following content. Note: *Scholarly literature (including scholarly articles, white papers, and scholarly websites) integrated within the Innovation in Nursing Practice Paper should come from the most current nursing or related literature (published no more than 5 years ago); however, older works may be included if it is a seminal source or where there is a gap in the literature.
