WHO’s concept connects wellbeing to well-being and analyzed health as a human right that involves the preservation of social and physical resources. Health and illness are the opposing ends of the spectrum of health, a person’s status may move from a high degree of health to good health, to bad health, to serious poor health or to death. Health-Illness continuum is an example of wellness, a hypothesis founded by Dr. John. W.Travis in1972. It explains how the assumed degree of wellbeing is more than the lack of sickness; it often includes the person’s mental and emotional health. Travis claims that high-level health is a step to the right on the arrow of the scale, whereas sickness or early mortality is a step to the left. The neutral point of the spectrum is the disease-free or wellness-free midline.The theory implies that people vary on a regular basis between the right and the left of the spectrum, whatever the path the human face follows on the road is very essential. There is a therapeutic paradigm to the left of the neutral point of the continuum. The spiritual dimension includes the desire to believe in god or the acceptance of the divine being. The environmental factor is the opportunity to involve health measures that contributes to the standard of living and quality of life, including water , food and climate, and the personal work conditions.
