It is a caused of stress that change our body and can affect out thoughts and mood. Depression is an extremely low mood that last time and makes a person feel sad, irritable or empty. Many people, including teens, have suffered in this way. It can be describe in many ways and it is a mental disorder that any person can suffer.

Many teenagers feel that life is not fair or that things never go their way, they feel stressed out and confused. It is not unusual for the teenager to experience the blues or feel down in the dumps. Teenagers are always unsettling time, with the emotional and social changes that accompany this stage in life.
