The invention of vaccination by Edward Jenner in 1796 has become a godsend to millions of people living on Earth. However, with the time flow society has changed its attitude towards vaccines. It does not view it as miracles against of diseases. Due to some incidents, modern society views vaccination as a reason for some fatal cases, when children died or got certain developmental and physical disorders (WHO 2018). However, “Delaying or refusing some or all vaccines for your child puts his health and life at risk” (Caring for Kids 2016). This is important to understand the ethical dilemma of vaccination or non-vaccination of children and its impact on social health as it touches the issue of human rights violation. Before 1796, when children and adults were getting disabled or died, the invention of vaccines against of dangerous diseases became a real relief for millions of people living on Earth. The time flew along with the development of medical care service and education system. Humanity has developed essential knowledge and skills how to fight such dangerous diseases as polio, measles, and many others. Thanks to vaccination many dangerous diseases can be barely remembered. However, without vaccination, a human body is unprotected. Lack of immune to any of such diseases can cause infection development in the body which leads to further unpredictable consequences. Most of such diseases are contagious so they can be spread to unvaccinated population, most of which are children.
