Comprehensive Integrated Psychiatric Assessments Essay

Comprehensive psychiatric assessments are meant to gather information about a client and are considered to be the initial stage in the process of treatment. An integrated assessment therefore includes: biographic and social information, information from psychological tests and direct observations. I agree that the environment chosen by the practitioner was quiet and calm and this also promoted the ability of the client and the practitioner to pay attention to each other (Saddock, Saddock & Ruiz, 2014).
