Explication: Analyze the factors affecting the delay of healing in pressure ulcer in my work area (The most frequent factors that affect the healing process in the patient are age, chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, poor nutritional balance, obesity, tissue oxygenation, smoking, low immune response, and level of stress) (Cook & Ousey, 2011). But you need focus in nutrition because in my Home health area the elderly population those sufferings of pressure ulcer have poor nutritional balance. Iizaka et al. (2010)
, and the results of not using the nursing bag technique procedure between nursing staff. (this point is that health nursing staff are not using the bag technique when they arrive at the patient’s home). This results in the risk of contamination of the wound healing.
