1. The three goals for Healthy People 2020 and how these goals impact the three levels of health promotion
2. Two (2) Healthy People 2020 objectives that will impact the families currently in your practice. Describe why these goals are important for these families.
3. Two (2) barriers that may exist for families that will need health promotion and at least one way you may overcome these barriers.
4. Three (3) health promotion interventions you can use with these families.
5. A method of evaluating your interventions and identification of further health promotion needs.
