State the section of the policy(ies) being analyzed including information about the legislative history and the politics behind your topic of choice. Provide information to how this topic is important and relevant to integrated healthcare.

II. Analysis

For example, if you chose the section of the law requiring all people to purchase insurance and/or pay a penalty, what is the economic evidence based for that section? Identify any behavioral economics principles in play related to this section.
D. Resources Available: Within an integrated care setting, what resources will you need to implement this section of the law? For example: will you need adequately trained personnel available to implement the section? Technology to carry out the policy? Students may concentrate on management, clinical, or a combination perspective.
E. Implementation: Discuss implementation issues, including economic, policy, and/or regulatory issues in your state and the future of the law in your state.
