This is an individual assignment for each group member

Assignment: Search for, identify, and retrieve the best evidence that supports your issue.
1. Each individual in the group will search for, identify, retrieve and select the best evidence to support the PICO question
2. Each individual student will submit one table and article using the correct table format (Individual, Systematic Review, OR Clinical Practice Guideline)
3. When searching the literature, look for the highest level of evidence to answer your question. Studies should be within the last 5 years and completed in the United States, if possible.
4. Please be sure that everyone in the group has a different article. You will need 4 different articles for the final presentation.
5. Complete the table using your own words. Use bullet points and phrases not complete sentences. No direct quotes will be accepted.
6. Refer to the level of evidence resources to define the level of evidence for your article
7. Use size 8-10 font and complete all parts of the table. Be sure to put your name and full APA reference citation for your article on the top of the page
8. Tables should all be on one page only
9. Submit all articles with the assignment. A scanned or hard copy needs to be turned it. You need to highlight in the article where the information was found for your tables.
10. Also include Step 1 with corrections from your instructor and peer feedback
11. Clinical practice guidelines will only be accepted from the ECRI Guideline Trust. https://guidelines.ecri.org/
12. Systematic reviews should be from Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews
Grade (40 points possible):
Each person must upload their completed table and revised step 1 (20 points)
Each person should view and leave feedback on 2 tables (Every student must receive feedback). This feedback should be a substantial posting of a positive/suggested critique. (10 points)
Each person is responsible for responding to each classmates questions/suggestions. (10 points)
**10 point deduction may be made for incorrect table, no step 1 revision, or use of a journal article rather than a study
