The concept of health enforcement includes various factors of improving our health: do morning exercise, eat fresh food (refusing of eating fast food), walking on the fresh air, spend with pleasure our free time and receive positive emotions from our life. There are six building blocks to a health system: service delivery, health workforce, information, medical products/technologies, financing and leadership or governance. Building capacity in any one of these areas will contribute to improving a country’s health system (Health Systems Strengthening, n.d).

According to the World Health Organization, health systems strengthening improve one or more of the functions of the health system and lead to better health through improvements in access, coverage, quality, or efficiency (The Public Health System and the 10 Essential Public Health Services, n.d.).

As you know the most valuable thing that we have is our health. Taking care of our health will give us a lot of opportunities to become happy man and don’t have any worries about something. Fresh air, healthy food, making exercises in the morning is not the one thing that you should follow to.
