Introduction
One of the essential aspects in life is to ensure we live a quality life free from stress. To achieve this goal there is a need to encourage fitness, a positive and good nutrition, develop better disease prevention mechanism, and ensure better departure. It is every person’s dream to live a healthy active life, which can only be achieved by setting systematic disciplinary actions that will boost individual health. There are specific plans that I follow towards the realization of healthy life.
Managing Stress
Efficient stress management can lead to a healthy and fruitful life; the modern environment is full of stress both within and external settings. As means of managing stress, the primary attempt is to tackle the problem. Management of stress requires focusing on one activity and then handles each piece of work at a time instead of looking at the great challenge at once. Ensure better identification of what you can achieve within a specific time and set timelines. The other idea is to avoid stress when possible by not engaging in a problem- creating situation.

From personal perception, it is important to learn how to some things go. It is imperative to try to fix challenges, but if you cannot do anything to change a problem, it is better to let it go. Usually, individuals who waste time and focus on what they cannot change, end up losing a lot of energy to the point that there is nothing left to resolve problem that they can change. To achieve the goal of managing stress, I would focus on dealing with emotional tension (Devarajooh et al., 2017).

This implies taking away the mind to a more calming place, visualization, taking time out for myself, enjoying hobbies, and taking mini-vacation or reading interesting books. Releasing emotional tension, such as worries and anxieties, will embrace positive attitudes towards the achievement of a better environment. Releasing emotional tension helps to focus on being creative and talking to friends concerning stressful situations.

Fitness
Fitness involves engaging body into activities to ensure its health and fit. The power of exercise can be used to manage stress and ensure effective body relaxation. Engaging in daily practices such as jogging, yoga, and football matches will improve my body and maintain better body fitness. The other aspect involves active relaxation, which will promote a healthy nervous system and improve hormonal balance. Body fitness is associated with the nature of healthiness and promotes activeness in my daily activities.

Nutrition
To maintain a healthy life, I consider learning about what food to eat as a specific meal or snack. This will embrace the positive ideas of keeping healthy by ensuring every meal has a combination of proteins, fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, grains, and taste enhancers. In this way, it is possible to remember what to eat for each meal—setting a timetable to ensure a balanced diet and generating adequate energy from consuming a particular food.

After obtaining the fundamental knowledge about every meal, the other concern is to get familiar with the required portion sizes within each of the food groups. This embraces positivity in maintaining the calories in check. To ensure the practical nutritional value in every meal, the better management aspect is creating menus and using the basic structure to control calories and have a healthy meal. Nutritional plans benefit the body by regulating blood sugar levels; the food we choose to eat can either lower or increase the blood sugar level.
Plans for Disease Prevention
Disease prevention mechanisms are closely linked to personal conduct and environmental circumstances. Environmental circumstances such as disease outbreaks may foster the need for considering extra-ordinary protocols, such as wearing protective clothing and adhering to the directives by the health professionals (Miller et al.,2018). The disease prevention plan should be embraced depending on the nature of statistical presentation on outbreaks. At personal level, hygiene both external and internal can determine the nature of control mechanism in place.

Some of the basic plans from personal levels to ensure adequate disease prevention is to embrace the use of protection devices and promote a secure clean environment. For infectious diseases, avoiding direct contact with the infected person and adhering to medical health protocols alongside consultation measures. To ensure a healthy environment, health promotion agendas such as building a healthy public policy and creating a supportive environment will strengthen personal and communal activities towards disease prevention mechanisms.

Getting My Life in Order in Preparation for Dying
This is one of the most challenging decisions in human life. However, death is inevitable and people should be ready for it. To ensure departure, the critical aspect is to take insurance cover to avoid financial distress for those left behind. To get ready for death may require social, economic, and political reconciliation. The healthy proxies will also play an essential role in embracing favorable funding of health expenses. Make sure you say everything you need to say to the loved ones and friends. Discussing family assets and inheritance plans, prepared the end-of-life planning document, and determined the end-of-life housing plans. The other aspects involve writing down the final wishes to the friends and relatives.

Conclusion
The management of individual health is determined by the nature of exercises, better diet, and stress management activities. Promoting an effective enabling environment will ensure every person achieves the basic goals in advancing their personal health. Living a better life means that there is a need to embrace better plans for dying. These plans include a health insurance and effective communication with family and friends. The personal departure should not lead to financial distress but ensure better relationship and improvement of lives of friends and relatives.
