Role of Human services and Social workers

The role of Human services, according to the ‘National Organisation of Human Services’ is a profession that uses interdisciplinary knowledge base, which aims to prevent and remediate problems, with the objective of assessing an individual’s needs. The profession requires knowledge and skills to be able to perform and succeed tasks involved.
