Change- scheduled flu vaccines
Focus on
Importance of receiving flu vaccine every year,cdc stats on deaths due to flu vaccines and importance of vaccines
1-long lines
2-too many people area congested and noisy
3-no patient confidentiality ( everyone knows you got a flu vaccine)
4-people may leave and not get vaccines due to wait time
5-less organized
Appointment scheduled for flu vaccines
5-away from work area too long
Focus on
1-more organized
2-less wait time
3 non congested waiting rooms
4-people will get the flu vaccine due to less wait times
5-confidentiality no one knows you received the flu vaccine
6-back to work area faster
